This was my first event, and I would not fault any of the service that One Great George Street supplied.  I would happily recommend this venue to all my colleagues.  We have had some excellent feedback, saying how lovely the location, the food and the wines were.  A great success for us.

I have dealt with many venues over the past 17 years, and during this time I have never dealt with such nice, helpful and professional staff as I did at One Great George Street.  There was a real good atmosphere and a feeling of team work amongst all the staff, not something you come across at other venues!  Thank you to all for making our event such a success.

The Awards Dinner was a great success.  I would like to thank you and all the staff who were involved in the arrangements and working on that evening for a job well done, as without their hard work and professionalism the event wouldn't have been such a success.

I cannot think of any improvement that needs to be made! My guests are people who attend evening dinners probably at least once a week and we felt so proud that One Great George Street and thus our event stood out so much in their minds. So many people commented on the 'invisibility' of the waiting staff and how unintrusive they were which is really vital at a networking event. The speed of service was outstanding.

This is to say 'a big Thank you' for all your help with our event on Thursday.  We have already had lots of very nice comments from our guests to say how much they enjoyed the evening- especially the lovely food and the venue.  Please can you also pass on our thanks to the catering staff who were great!

Just to put on record our satisfaction with your excellent service and venue. Everything went very smoothly and you addressed all our needs with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. This was our 14th public occasion this year and, although it was a short affair, this morning’s experience was the best by far regarding London venues we've used.

Just a quick note to express my thanks for your help at the event last week. It was very useful to have my delivery made the day prior and I was impressed with the general helpfulness of the One Great George Street personnel.
