Green meetings package

This package is available to all clients.

  • All written communications and brochures produced electronically.
  • Meeting rooms which have controlled minimum and maximum temperature controls to use as little resources to heat/cool as possible.
  • Rooms lit by natural daylight or energy saving light bulbs.
  • Water purified on site which will;
    1. Avoid the waste glass bottles and 2. The carbon released by delivery & collection.
  • Fair-trade teas and coffees.
  • Your waste materials sorted and recycled for you.
  • Menus with raw ingredients that have travelled the lowest distance delivery practical as suggested by our event co-ordinators.
  • Any AV equipment will be from the in house supplier, saving on transportations.
