BGA Conference

I just wanted you to know that yet again your team pulled the rabbit out of the hat and provided the exceptional service and facilities we have come to rely upon over the years. We were able to produce a really successful conference in spite of the train and tube disruption resulting from the previous day’s industrial action. The whole event ran extremely smoothly and approximately 120 people attended in person with the same number online at one stage or another. Could you please ensure that everyone, including the stewards, know how much we appreciate their efforts for us.
