This unique, premium gin has been crafted exclusively for One Great George Street, headquarters of the Institution of Civil Engineers, by 58 and CO, a multi award-winning ethical distillery in East London founded by Carmen O'Neal.

The name? Back in 2016 it took 58 recipes for Carmen to find the perfect London Dry Gin. When the pandemic hit in 2020, it was the first UK company to pivot production to Hand Sanitiser, supply the NHS, Met Police, women’s shelters and more. As the world recovered, ‘58 and CO’ emerged as an elevated ethical spirits brand.

As well as being the CEO and founder of a distillery, Carmen is a cocktail & spirits expert and TV personality, regularly shaking things up on BBC Saturday Kitchen.
