Meet the Revenue Sales Team

What better way for you to know us a little better than to see our faces and read about our fantastic team, which has over 40 years of industry experience combined!

I have been in the Hospitality & Sales Industry for over 34 years, working in various roles within hotels and venues, and now find myself being at One Great George Street for over 22 years! Time certainly goes quickly when you love the job and industry you work in.  It is a breath of fresh air, when the team you work with have the same passion for the industry as you do and want to make sure that the customer service we provide goes beyond the client’s expectation. 

It goes without saying that I love talking, and meeting our customers, and making sure that their event is delivered seamlessly from the initially enquiry, to handing it over to our experienced Events Team, who then take it forward to the planning stage.  

Outside of work, I am a full-time mum to 2 girls who certainly keep me busy. I love travelling within the UK and finding unusual places to stay, which must, as most people who know me will attest to, have a hot tub! I have been fortunate to eat in some fantastic restaurants within the UK and continue to search for those hidden treasures - even better if they are Michelin star!

I have over 8 years’ experience within the Public Relations, Sales, Events and Hospitality division.  I have found my true passion delving into the sales sector and enjoy the aspects of building a great rapport with clients and seeking opportunities to maximise revenue and gaining repeat business where possible.  I have now been at One Great George Street for 18 months. 

Outside of work I enjoy travelling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.  

Sophie Levy - Revenue & Sales Executive

I have over 5 years of experience within the hospitality and sales industry. My career started at college in 2018, and during this time, I fell in love with the industry. I have had practical experience within hotels and events. Highlights have included helping to run a food service at the Brit Awards and running a charity event raising money for the Polio Foundation. 
 
I have been at One Great George Street for just over a year, and I love going above and beyond for customers and creating a special relationship. My favourite part of the job is meeting clients in person and showing them the spaces. 

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to countries and learning about different cultures. I have been lucky enough to travel to places such as Israel, India, and South Africa. I also enjoy looking after my fitness, as well as recently joining a Netball Team.
