The Tech Capital International Finance Forum

The Tech Capital International Finance Forum (IFF) returned to One Great George Street in May 2026 for its fifth annual edition, convening senior leaders at a moment of recalibration for global digital infrastructure markets.

As AI-driven demand accelerates while capital, energy and regulatory constraints tighten, long-held assumptions around valuation, risk and execution are being tested.

IFF26 brought together investors, operators, financiers, advisors and policymakers to examine how risk is being repriced across data centres, fibre, towers, energy and emerging AI infrastructure.

Through a tightly curated programme of keynotes, panels, debates and closed-door discussions, the forum focused on the realities of underwriting, capital structure, physical constraints and delivery risk - not optimism or narrative.

With participants spanning more than 40 countries and representing over US$1.6 trillion in combined market capitalisation, IFF has become a trusted platform for disciplined dialogue between capital providers and infrastructure builders.

Designed to challenge assumptions and surface uncomfortable truths, IFF26 is where market leaders come to stress-test strategies, reassess exposure and understand where value will - and will not - be created in the next cycle.
