The Voice of the Customer
We’ve always taken a proactive approach to customer feedback here at One Great George Street, and found the insights and input shared by our customers about their first-hand experience of our venue vital in guiding improvements and empowering positive change.
We collect feedback by many means including our external Voice of the Customer (VOC) surveys and award submissions judged by independent awards bodies.
Most recently we’ve been reassured that we are taking the right approach with consistent outstanding feedback of over 90% in all categories from our VOC reports as can be seen by the diagram below:
Our longstanding team is committed to ensuring each event exceeds expectations and One Great George Street has also received three new awards so far this year, recognising excellence in the ‘Customer Service’, ‘Unique & Unusual Venues’ and ‘Historic Wedding Venue’ categories.
